Product Description

Operating conditions in vibrating screens can quickly overheat and destroy conventional bearings. The result is frequent shutdowns to rebuild equipment – contributing to high maintenance costs.

NEWORLD spherical roller bearings for vibrating screens (VA405) are proven to last twice as long as other screen bearings and operate at much cooler temperatures. This means lower maintenance and repair costs, reduced downtime, and improved safety.


Bearing Feature

NEWORLD offers a full range of spherical roller bearings for vibrating screens, all with the features needed for these rugged applications:


  ● are available in the 223 series

  ●  are available with a cylindrical or tapered bore

  ●  3-piece hardened steel cage system with outer ring centred guide ring.

  ●  have C4 radial internal clearance as standard

  ●  are equipped with an annular groove and three lubrication holes in the outer ring

  ●  reduced bore and outside diameter tolerances. 

  ●  are manufactured to one of the following designs:


     o     E/VA405 bearings (fig. 1) have two surface-hardened stamped window-type steel cages, an inner 

            ring without flanges and a guide ring centred on the inner ring or on the cages.

     o     EJA/VA405 and CCJA/W33VA405 bearings (fig. 2 and fig. 3) have two surface-hardened stamped 

            window-type steel cages, an inner ring without flanges and a guide ring centred on the outer ring 

            raceway.


  ●  are available with a PTFE coated cylindrical bore (designation suffix VA406), which prevents fretting 

   corrosion between the shaft and the bearing bore, for shaft thermal elongation in non-locating 

   bearing positions that have a rotating outer ring load. Therefore, shafts do not require special heat 

   treatments or coatings.
